One of the most beautiful and ancient traditions of our land, where the hands practice a secret ritual of alchemists to transform matter. Like someone who kneads a noble bread, made of earth and water, whether with the fingers or with the wheel, shape and soul are given to magical pieces. They are dried in the sun, polished, burnished with soft pebbles from tired paths to finally end up in a burning wood oven, smothered with smoke from leaf litter and cones from sad coastal forestry.
